Building Management, what are we doing?

 

Since a couple of year, Limpapool has managed several big (re) building project for his clients.

There is no such irritation, if you can not be on the building site your self, who looks after if everything is delivered on time, who looks after if the right materials are delivered, is the builder doing what he promised, and much more questions you will have when you are not here.

To take away all these questions and the doubts that the things will be done as promised, we will be leading the building work for you and we will discus everything with the builder / suppliers every body who is involved and report you every day with full report of the work include pictures of the building site.

To see an example of Time_Report click here, in this example we write every visit we do and the client pays by the minute. Every Friday we send the Time_Report to you by email.

If you would like to have some reference of our clients is that no problem, but because of privacy of our clients we will ask the clients for permission so you can contact the client after his/her agreement.
