Recent changes in Portuguese Law now require all villa and apartment owners
intending to rent out their property for holiday let purposes to
hold a “Estabelecimento de Alojamento Local”. The process of filing
for an application for the Estabelecimento de Alojamento Local is a
rather complicated and time-consuming.
Inspecção Geral das Actividades Económicas – (IGAE) has already carried out a number of inspections in the Portugal. Property owners without the obligatory a “Estabelecimento de Alojamento Local” have already been subjected to hefty fines ranging between €5,000 and €30,000
Limpapool can apply for a "Estabelecimento de Alojamento Local”.
After some reactions of clients we started to give the client the opportunity to ´DO IT SELF SERVICE´ with support of Limpapool experience. Therefore we made 3 blocks of prices.

The client will arrange all the paper work and necessary documents, floor plans of the house/apartment etc. The client will take care of the safety installations too. Limpapool will collect the paper work and we will everything together and fill in the forms of the city hall. The price will be 700 Euros. For more information please send us an email.
Expenses, this are the costs for floor plans, by an architect, the safety
materials (see below), the costs for architect (when needed), the
company who takes the responsability for the electrical installation
of the house/apartment etc.
